Yes, we offer inspections for strata units.

In addition to the typical home inspection, we will also visually inspect other select units in the complex from the exterior. While it is not an industry standard to review other units, we believe in providing as much useful information as possible, as problems with other units could impact the costs for the buyer.

With over 1,000 inspections under his belt, Nik’s background includes work as a building envelope consultant, house designer, and inspector since 2002. HammerHead is also registered with Consumer Protection BC and fully insured.
