With over 1,000 inspections under his belt, Nik’s background includes work as a building envelope consultant, house designer, and inspector since 2002. HammerHead is also registered with Consumer Protection BC and fully insured.

You will receive a detailed written report within 24 hours after the inspection (or 48 hours for extensive inspections). The report includes descriptions and photos of any major concerns, repairs, or safety issues, customized specifically for your home.

If you’re unable to attend the inspection, we can provide a verbal summary over the phone. You’ll still receive the complete written report within 24 to 48 hours.
